- Two pieces of Sprouted RYE Bread -- any sprouted bread would be good but rye adds the savory kick that makes this such a balanced treat = 4 points
- 1/4 of the Creamy Goat Cheese -- you can even do 1/2. The 1/4 serving is 1 point and 1/2 is 2 points.
- A couple teaspoons of the Superfruit All Fruit Spread = 0 points
Toast the bread. Spread on the goat cheese. Then on top of that spread the Superfruit!
So for 5 or 6 points you will have a wonderfully balanced, delicious and FILLING breakfast.
