Trader Joe's Tuesday: Lazy Deliciousness to Start the Day!

This is my new favorite breakfast that is Weight Watchers friendly.  It's crunchy, it's creamy, it's sweet, it's savory.  It's all that is good in life all wrapped into one.

  • Two pieces of Sprouted RYE Bread  -- any sprouted bread would be good but rye adds the savory kick that makes this such a balanced treat = 4 points
  • 1/4 of the Creamy Goat Cheese -- you can even do 1/2.  The 1/4 serving is 1 point and 1/2 is 2 points.
  • A couple teaspoons of the Superfruit All Fruit Spread = 0 points

Toast the bread.  Spread on the goat cheese.  Then on top of that spread the Superfruit!

So for 5 or 6 points you will have a wonderfully balanced, delicious and FILLING breakfast.

Buon Weight Watchers Appetito!  And, anyone else -- it's just good and good for you!  You don't have to be watching your weight to enjoy it, that's for sure!
